PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING PRIOR TO INSTALLATION
- Do not adjust the link prior to installation.
- Left hand threads are designated by notches on the center hex adjuster.
- Rod end bearings are lubricated for life, but require inspection for smooth operation.
- Use thread locker on all threads.
- The maximum hole-to-hole, center-to-center length of the lowering link will be designated in the instructions with the product. DO NOT EXCEED THIS LENGTH!
- Remove existing link.
- Install Soupy’s Lowering Link with aluminum spacers installed in the bearing ends. The end furthest from the center hex body should be installed toward the rear of the bike.
- Tighten lowering link mounting bolts and nuts.
- Inspect bike height and adjust as desired (not to exceed the maximum length).
- Apply thread locker and tighten lowering link locknuts.
- When adjusting extremely low, some applications may require a slight amount of material removed from the bottom of the shock mount for clearance.

- Tighten lowering link mounting bolts and nuts.
- Inspect bike height and adjust as desired (not to exceed the maximum link length). Be sure to adjust each link equally and in the same direction.
- Apply thread locker and tighten lowering link locknuts.
Horseshoe Style Lowering Link

- The maximum hole-to-hole, center-to-center length of the lowering link will be designated in the instructions with the product. DO NOT EXCEED THIS LENGTH!
- Remove existing link.
- Install Soupy’s Lowering Links with the center hex adjusters offset toward the rear of the bike. Use the included aluminum spacer in the front and the longer bolt in the rear.
- Tighten lowering link mounting bolts and nuts.
- Inspect bike height and adjust as desired (not to exceed the maximum link length). Be sure to adjust each link equally and in the same direction.
- Apply thread locker and tighten lowering link locknuts.
