Refund policy

 

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the shipment date. If the mistake was ours, we can provide a return shipping label. If there was no mistake on our part, there will be a 15% re-stocking fee.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you'd like to discuss a return, please contact us via email to support@soupysperformance.com with your order info, payment info, and most importantly, the reason for the return. Please insure your return as we cannot be held responsible for lost or misdirected returns.

Prior to returning the item, you must receive our return form via email. This must be printed, filled, and accompany the return.

If you paid for your order with paypal or a credit card, a refund will be issued and will appear on your billing statement. Please allow up to 4 weeks for this refund to appear.
