Soupy’s Adjustable Kickstand Lowering Side Stands are CNC machined from solid aluminum and use stainless steel hardware. Adjustable from stock length to 3 inches shorter and the strongest and most stylish available. There are a number of different lengths to choose from. The foot has a radius that accommodates all different lean angles.
If your motorcycle is lowered, the frame is closer to the ground. The kickstand is mounted to the frame and needs to be shorter to retain the lean angle required to prevent the motorcycle from standing too upright or tipping over. This is a direct bolt-on item. Simply replace your stock kickstand with this, adjust to your desired length, apply thread locker and tighten screws. Designed for use with the factory kickstand spring and safety switch. Pictures are for reference only, you will receive the correct kickstand for your application. We also offer an oversize kickstand foot found here.
Adjustable Lowering Links:
This is a direct bolt-on item that replaces the factory rear suspension linkage. Included are a pair of Soupy’s Adjustable Lowering Links and usage instructions. If you need a custom ride height, please contact us.
These fully adjustable lowering links can transform the rear of the motorcycle to any height between factory and lowered 4 inches (100 mm). This is perfect for anyone who needs just a little more of their feet touching the ground at intersections and on slopes, or for that "lowered stance" look. To change ride height, simply turn the center hex adjuster. Our links are the same thickness as the stock links, which means the stock bolts and nuts are retained and the locking element of the nuts will be engaged. Made of steel, they have large, ½ inch diameter threads and are silver zinc coated for strength and corrosion resistance. We do not use aluminum threads.
To install: Remove weight from rear of motorcycle, remove factory link mounting bolts, remove stock links and replace with Soupy’s Lowering Links, reinstall bolts, adjust to desired ride height, ride!
